spent almost my whole wk working...
work was fun today... work work work...
helped jap guy make siew mais...
took some pics of wat i made..
steady bo? handmade lehz..
just like those pros... talented chef leh me...
wat to do sia? =p
sally cooked bak kut teh for lunch..
yum yum.. haha... not to mention that it was somehow ruined by someone who love dark sauce so much..
or shld i say she loves bak kut teh to be black? haha.. but its still edible...
shiok!
after lunch went over to giant with mei, bought ingredients needed for cheese cake..
everything also have..
but not gelatine!!!
went back restaurant put things then walked all the way to raffles city, market place to buy gelatine...
weather was like so HOT!
sweat sweat!!
then proceeded to make the cake..
Ms kee nern was like happily taking her own sweet time to smash the biscuits..
even got those funny funny ideas to make mini cakes..
faint...
eventually tot my cake will fail again due to diff type of gelatine used...
but hehe.. it was somehow GOOD!
at first c it still soft soft.. like jelly..
then i fed up..remove the cover and put back inside fridge...
at 10pm, took the cake out and cut cut..
shujun helped me and she was the first to taste the cake..
when she said nice, i start to fly again...
everyone tried the cake..
even the jap guy..
he also say NICE!!! woo hoo~!
christine was there too.. she say y got sweet and salty de..
its due to the butter in the layer of biscuit base...
she said it was somehow too soft..
she prefer it to be more firm..
will make 1 more next time..
reason not to make it so firm is coz, i dun wan it to become like cheese..
dun look like cheese cake liao lo...
shu jun cut half the cake..
then the other half, let her da bao lor..
lol... glad that everyone enjoyed it..
dunno bout mei lahz..
whether she enjoyed or not? still dunno...
but finally can shut her up le..
no need fan wo over cheese cake again... =p

hmmm... how many days nv update blog liao ah?
i also forgot...
only know that i'm on serious diet...
normally i'm famous for eating alot..
but these few days really eating alot lesser...
1 day 1 meal.. sometimes even no meal..
only drink water and eating a bit...
on sch days also lunch nia.. then no dinner...
everyday work...
at work place also drink plain water only.. drink till full lor...
must slim down le.. too fat nobody wan...

alrite... went compass point to drop my cheque..
then walked over to the newly opened Polar, and bought 5 chocolate rolls,5 sugar rolls and 2 strawberry rolls... to share with colleagues... i dun mind buying food to share with colleagues..which i alwaz do...especially for sally and meimei they all.. they sometimes buy food for me too... but i only dun wish my food to be consumed by WILLIAM!
he how old liao? not as though he cant afford to buy anything... he is super "niao"...
till now, i dun think i ate anything which he bought.. or shld i say, have he bought anything for colleagues?
long time nv eat sugar rolls le.. still remember last time when i just started working as full time chef, i will walk pass polar at citylink, sure will buy as breakfast...
the strawberry rolls is super yummy!
i took 1.. then the other 1 kept specially for my bao bei meimei...
i'm trying my best to make meimei fat...

u guys must try the strawberry roll, cheap cheap $1/pc only..

someone told me not to be too nice to a ger, or she'll be too afraid to be with u..
but i cannot control lehz.. i alwaz like to pamper gers whom i like or love..

alrite, today lessons ended at 12.35pm..
headed directly to restaurant and rest...
waited for michael(aka jackson) to come..
then we went over to marina square to shop shop c c...
went giant and hehehe...
walked pass hotdogs...then the thought of hotdog mania hit me..
bought 2 packets or cheese hotdogs and 2 packets of chicken franks..
and also 1 big packet of 20pcs hashbrowns...
gonna have party at work...
when we're back at restaurant,
michael and i decided to cook ourselves, a bowl of Niku Soba...
and to add on to lunch, i fried some kaki fried(fried oyster)...
wrose thing i can do is to actually brk a glass sia..
1 mth broke 2 glass liaoz... SUAY! especially in 7th lunar mth..
wats going on? and i'm actually down with flu, bought so many meds for eve, but i'm the one who needed them most..eve's flu ran over to me... sobz (T.T)" yeah man..

lol... cool huh? i've alwaz been a clown... some people get irritated by me, some just couldnt stop laughing...
especially kee nern who crushed my spring onions... grrr~!

then u c the golden brown piece of oily skin, thats kee nern's skin aka pig skin..
from pork belly de lahz... then silly kee nern wanna eat "zhu you zha"

they can open store sell hotdogs liaoz..

yesterday went to the fishingkaki's sundowners event at club mojo at 5pm...
went with my fishingkaki, in his WRX~! woo hoo~!
met alot of other kakis there... alot of uncles though..
alot of smokers!!! stayed there for 4 hours + only ah..
then my whole body smells like shit! all the smoke cigg smell...
went off at about 9pm... coz wanna go chinatown buy med for eve,she's having flu, scared the shops close.. so walked fast fast...first i went to those chinese medical hall, bought some chinese tablets... and also 1 bottle of those herbal tea... i even chit chat with the shop owner to ask for the best medication for flu...
then i proceed to watson to look for "ang moh" medicine.. so bought panadol(for flu & cold type) and also the lemsep or lemsip thingy... forgot how to spell...
its like so many types of medications...
chinese and ang moh...
got tablets and also liquid type...
coz i scared she dun take chinese med, so bought ang moh..
scared she dunno how to swallow tablets... so bought the lemsep or lemsip thingy also...
coz i was supposed to meet her at 11.30 at tanjong pagar, the time was only 9.30pm when i finished shopping for medications... went back to club mojo.. tmd.. reach there nia, event ended. then where the hell can i go? the place became niteclub.. not my type of places..
so i went to do some silly things...
i went to take train... coz very hot... train got air con..
from tanjong pagar, i take till boon lay.. then back to tanjong pagar...
to and fro lor... until eve sms to meet at jurong east...
so i went back to jurong east...
when she saw me, she was like -.-" ...
"u go clubbing or go shopping sia?"
i replied "its all urs lor"
then she stunned~!
her little bag became like doraemon...
can sell medicine liao...
then bout the herbal tea, she said she had nv tried chinese herbal tea b4..
so end up i finished the whole bottle myself...
i grew up in chinatown, so i'm used to all these stuffs...
then we proceed to MOS lor..
ordered 2 jugs of whiskey coke...
i'm oledi kinda blur liao, coz i already drank at mojo..
drank beer somemore.. pui!!! sucky...
whole nite very xin ku lor...
actually wanna go home de..
but stayed on, coz intend to send eve home...
who knows she dumped me instead..
she went to rush again... to meet her frens...
2nd time liao lor...
wtf...
after she elft, i also lan lan.. go home lor...
most of the time, i felt that i'm being played with...
kana chop by eve..
but love is blind, i'm blinded by her...
can u imagine? i actually felt jealous when she was dancing with jeremy and her frens?
coz of jeremy? someone who eve told me she wont like?
dots sia... jealousy... is this the symptoms of love?
i dunno... sobz...
and today? whole day rot at home..
doing nth.. ARGH~!

hehe.. went for my final theory today.. i passed!!! woo hoo~! happy like a dick~! congrat me.. wee~!!!!! tonight going for BOM session to celebrate... lol.. siao kia.. final theory nia happy like siao.. bo bian lor.. my fren took 7 times.. i also scared fail sia.. but pass le of coz happy like a dick!

only went back for lab lessons at 3pm...
i reached at 3.30pm.. lol...
sit down c melvin and frens do the lab work..
i sit 1 side listen mp3 and read my advanced theory bk...
tml is my advance paper liao.. got feeling will fail.. not easy...
after sch went to work...
haha... had oyako don for dinner...
coz kee nern suggested to eat that...
all eat same thing but kee nern had extra egg..
end up her don was rather a bit too dry..
she added tempura sauce to it and hehehe.. of coz will get salty!
joo's and mine was perfect...
yum yum... i cook for joo, joo cook for me..

at bout 8+pm, went Giant with kee nern to do some shopping for the function tml...
tmd.. alwaz ask me do stupid things... carry mineral water!!!
eve was on the way to esplanade at that time..
so i hurried kee nern.. keep rushing her..
lol.. coz i dun wan eve to wait mahz... but end up, she still have to wait...
then eve ordered chicken katsu set with udon,coz she dun wanna eat rice..
her fren ordered ebi ten udon...
i added extra prawns for her.. then for eve's set, i cant add anything..
only ask koko prepare more sashimi for her lor...
as for drinks, eve had pepsi float with extra ice cream.. thanks to kee nern...
overall, its like we only pampered eve sia..
she had the most items on her table...
they also had chawanmushi with extra ingredients also...
hope they enjoyed their meals...
after that went to admire the sea...
