haha.. to show off my culinary skills... and the sashimi knife which my mei bought for me as my bday present this yr...
As a full time chef to a part time cook.. working at Shima Aji.. nearing to 3 years le...
i've learnt alot of things... basically the 1 i enjoyed most is doing those deep fried stuffs..
especially tempuras... and also teppan... everyone think its easy... but u wont know unless u tried it...
in these 3 yrs, how much oil splashed on me and my hands... how many scars and burns?
really need to sacrifice alot for this job.. but bo bian, i love cooking...
and in Shima Aji, this is where i met my bao bei meimei, Kee Nern...
a very cute ger who loves Hello Pandas... happy to work with her...
she's the senior waitress in the restaurant...

but she can say fish and sotong is ok..
