hmmm...
decided to do something...
something which will be good for my future i think?
coz i like to cook...
my plan goes like this,
after i ORD,i will wanna get a 2nd diploma from Shatec...
Diploma in Culinary Skills.

hopefully it will bring me a better pay and also a better post when i work for others.
cooking is life... i love cooking. personally i think cooking a perfect meal for my loved one is the sweetest thing in the world that i can do for her. other than giving surprises,flowers and etc...
the course fee is kinda ex,so have to start saving soon...
i'm oledi in the world of culinary.
as a part time chef now in a japanese restaurant, i've learnt quite alot.
hope to learn more so that it will bring out the maturity in me.
let this diploma be my 2nd step into the line of culinary.
who knows i might be able to fulfill my dreams of opening a cafe or restaurant.
and be my own boss...
sweet dreams it is, a goal i've set, a dream that I WILL FULFILL!!!

for the past few days quiet alot of things happened.
hazel made something for me,which made me very touched.
she brew herbal tea for me lehz... said something like "i dun wanna be same as others,so i nv buy"
haha...really appreciated it...although bitter,but still feels sweet in my heart.

went to work in the morning,after work supposed to go grandma house de... to get my big big $100 ang bao.
but ended up meeting with meimei and limin. there goes my $100...confiscated by my bro... *Sobz*
went to take neoprints after makaning...hee...fun fun...take neoprints with 2 ger ger...haha...lucky me...
had fun... i'm not photogenic lehz...so shall not post any pics here...

HAPPY NEW YR EVERYONE!!!
sorry for being late...having papers and also CNY gambling session..
lotsa things happen lor..
dun wanna say lahz...very long winded de...
all happy things...
lotsa gatherings done...
fun fun fun...
nth much to say...only came in to show off my new recipe...
hehehe...haven got a name for it...
but hope comments can come in as to whether the presentation is nice?

colors changed a bit due to camera used...i use my fone to take...
colors became bit dull...thats y not appealing le... sad...
but still,hope to get some comments bout it...
the white white part is actually my handmade rice balls(tang yuan)...made into a tiny cup shape,so as to have the fillings placed on it...first time making it... not bad.. very "Q" wor...after boiling it,i soak them in ice water...in the ice water,i had a slice of lemon,so the rice ball will have a scent of lemon...on the rice ball is of coz red bean,cook the red bean with sugar lor...sweet sweet...above red beans got those green green mini pieces,those are lemon skin,outer part of lemon skin,,,removed those white part,coz bitter... this will giv the whole thing better fragrance...as in the sauce,its the red bean soup,boil till its thick and sweet...i giv myself a 7.5/10 rating for the colour presentation...coz of the lemon skin and the red bean on the white base...as in taste? 6/10 bahz... coz not sweet enough... next time add a bit more sugar,will be nicer...if i own a cafe,this new dessert of mine will cost ya $3.50... hehe...hella cheap for a new sensation... next on my mind is to wrap ice cream inside the rice ball... with a small piece of fruit in the middle of ice cream... another type of mochi ice cream... but the rice ball will have 2 flavours... lemon or mint...hehe...
more dishes coming soon...actually i'm not supposed to be giving so much details bout my new dish...but dun mind sharing it lor...happy can le... Happy New Yr,Chef FooHAHAHAHAHAHAHA~!

thursday went to choa chu kang with ah seng...
go dye hair...
when i first walked in,looks busy,thought maybe service good lor or got skills...
after i dye my hair,i really regretted going there...
$60 and i dun c any colour diff...

fed up,ask her dye again...
add $20 bucks lehz...
total $80... and wat do i get?

haha...how are the pics?not bad huh?maybe too big...nvm lah hor?after work went to meet hazel in town(china TOWN)...haha...walked around to find a place for makan...really nth to eat de...so we walked all the way to chinatown point...finally decided to eat mac lor...sat beside a granny...while i was looking at the menu,she started to promote mac's food to me...lolx...she speak to me in cantonese...luckily i know canto...hazel only gave a (O_0) face...she dunno canto...funny granny,told us bout herself...she came from hong kong,she was 30 yrs old at that time...then blah blah blah...now she 80 yrs old... nv work le...SG govt dun allow her to work...everyday she goes to peoples park complex there to ask ppl for money,sometimes some kind hearted souls will give her few bucks for makan lor... felt sorry for her...she wanna drink milk,so i treat her lor... =)chat for quite some time lahz... fun to chat with her...b4 we left,borrowed $10 from hazel to giv granny,let her buy some snacks for CNY lor...she's alone in SG...no one accompany her during CNY,no one visits her...thats wat she told us lahz... dunno whether its true...but c her alone like that,really dun feel good lor...but 1 thing hazel and i dun like is,she still dare to hint us to buy her "lin zhi yuan" de bak gua for her next time... wat the...thats too much... she made me feel that she has a family in SG de... but she act pity only...but still,she's old le...so i dun blame her lor...if i have money i will buy for her bak guas de...but sorry...i'm broke...well...still kinda happy... b4 CNY do good deeds...hee... granny say i'm a nice guy wor... *flys*haha... really hope she will have a happy CNY lor...time to zzz...
